1. Click on the 'Tools' menu and select 'Accounts'

   • 'Partiallyreceive messages over 20 KB' can be used to keep messages over acertain size from downloading when you check the mail.

   • 'Delete messagesfrom the server after 5 days' will allow you to have mail deletedafter a set number of days. RegCA recommends a maximum of 5, if at all.
   • 'Delete messages from the server afterthey are deleted from this computer' means that after you delete amessage off of your computer, thenext time you check this account for new messages, the message youdeleted from Entourage will be deleted from the mail server.
   • 'Getall messages left on server' will delete all messages on the mailserver which have already been downloaded to Entourage in thepast.
   • 'Allow Online Access' does exactly that. It lets youview your messages on the mail server before you actually download themto yourcomputer.
